Cookie policy
What is stored on your device, by whom, and for how long.
Information under section 165(3) Telekommunikationsgesetz 2021 (TKG) and Art. 13 GDPR.
On dokira.com
Only cookies the site needs to work. They need no consent and track nothing.
- dokira-session: keeps you signed in and remembers form input between pages. Deleted after two hours of inactivity or when you sign out.
- XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms against submissions forged by other websites. Same lifetime as the session.
- remember_web_…: only if you tick "Remember me" when signing in; keeps you signed in for up to 400 days or until you sign out.
On websites that show ads through Dokira
These are stored only where your consent is given in the website's consent banner, or where the law does not require consent. You can change your choice in that banner at any time.
- _sharedID (first-party cookie of the website, set by the Dokira tag, 30 days): random identifier passed to advertising partners for frequency capping and, with consent, more relevant ads.
- Consent choice (cookies set by the consent banner, such as euconsent-v2, addtl_consent and the GPP string, up to 13 months): remembers what you chose so you are not asked on every page.
- Advertising partner cookies (third-party, set on the partners' own domains, lifetimes set by each partner): set through user syncing after the page loads. The partners are listed in the consent banner.
- Google (for example __gads, __gpi; up to 13 months): where Google Ad Manager / AdX serves an ad. See policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
What the tag does with this data is explained in the privacy notice for advertising.
Removing cookies
You can delete cookies and block them in your browser's settings. Blocking cookies on dokira.com stops sign-in from working; blocking them on publisher websites stops personalised ads but not the website itself.
