These terms apply between Dokira and publishers acting in the course of their business (B2B). Consumer protection provisions of the KSchG are not intended to apply.

Scope

The service
Dokira operates its own Google AdX network. On acceptance, the publisher's site is added to that network and monetised through it. Dokira configures the setup for the site and revisits that configuration over time.
The publisher places the script supplied by Dokira and adds the required lines to the site's ads.txt file.
Fees and payment
Dokira is paid a share of the revenue it monetises. The share, the payment terms and the payment schedule are set out in the individual agreement with each publisher.

Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction: City to be supplied , Austria.
